Important: Temporary service disruption due to clinical system change

Clinical System Change – Moving to EMIS

We are upgrading our clinical system and will be moving to EMIS on 28 May.

During this transition period, our access to patient records will be limited.

What this means for patients

From 21 May to 29 May, we will be operating a reduced service.

  • No pre-booked appointments will be available
  • We will be unable to book routine appointments in advance
  • The practice will operate on a critical and emergency appointments only basis

What you should do

  • Please only contact the practice during this time if your issue is urgent
  • Continue to use NHS services such as NHS 111 for urgent advice
  • In an emergency, always call 999
