The Electronic Prescription Service, also known as EPS, will be starting at the surgery on 23 September.

As part of this change, the practice will be using this opportunity to review and improve our current prescription processes.

Prescription request times

We always aim to resolve your prescription query as soon as possible.

However, we require a minimum of 72 hours to deal with all prescription requests.

Sometimes requests may take longer than 72 hours. We understand this can be frustrating and we appreciate your patience while we make changes to update and improve our process.
